Thank you for your well wishes - I did in fact travel onsite to Prague for this meeting and wanted to take some time to share with you the incredible service we received from Petr Simek and Motiv Prague.

From the very beginning, Petr has been a pleasure to work with and his excellent service and support really helped to make our meeting a great success! Petr and his staff's level of professionalism and service was incredible - they really went above and beyond! On an even better note - he sent over our final invoice first thing Monday morning! I don't think this has ever happened for any of my meetings, and it truly shows his hard work and effort! Our meeting at the Corinthia proved to be very difficult hotel property to work with, and being onsite was very stressful. It was a comfort to know that all of the ground transportation efforts were in Petr's hands and I didn't even have to worry about that part of the meeting, because I knew he was on top of it and really trusted his efforts.

Petr and Motiv Prague were truly a pleasure to work with! They are most definitely a valuable member of your GEP Network. I will be sure to share my positive experience with the other planners here at M&I, and encourage them to use Motiv Prague for all of our upcoming meetings moving forward in Prague.

I hope you are well. I wanted to send a quick note to you about Tereza Gajdosova, our project manager from Motiv Prague. I had a phenomenal experience with her last week in Prague. She assisted me with ground transportation services and two offsite dinners. Dawn, I have to tell that I have not experienced such a flawless meeting experience, as I did with Tereza.

Ground transportation and offsite events tend to be our largest challenges in meetings, even domestically. The level of professionalism and dedication to service that Tereza and her team exhibited truly blew me away.
